Customer- National Real-estate Firm
Problem- Transitioning to new accounting systems and needed to quickly educate accountants and non-accountants on how this would impact their department
Solution- Created a game show styled online program to provide a global explanation of the changes with a creative twist using game show characters, commercials and audience participation.
Results- Over 900 employees logged into the course and were able to gain access to the changes before they took place decreasing on the amount of support calls and decrease in moral as a result of not understanding why these changes were being made and how important it was to the business operations in order to do so.

Problem- Maintaining market share with dealers, needed a creative approach to reaching dealers who work in remote areas, and are in their cars visiting clients
Solution- Created a monthly series of Phone-Podding recordings that was pushed out to each dealer’s phone.
Innovation Workshop
Customer- Multi-Company Manufacturer
Problem- Develop growth and collaboration strategies for all companies. The group comprised of 5 disjointed manufacturers who were not leveraging their strengths to each other for potential business opportunities. Plus each business, although the leaders in their industry, need to stay ahead of the competition to maintain value with overall company revenue goals.
Solution- Adam Hartung, one of our primary speakers and knowledge experts provided a keynote presentation to senior leaders. This was followed with a 2-day workshop where the businesses were mixed together in 4-breakout groups. Each group went through a series of activities that produced new scenarios, uncovered lock-ins and laid out a road map for how they could work on collaborative projects and individual projects for their companies.
Results- Each business unit feels that they now have a broader view of how their company can compete and has expanded their future growth projects to include a collaboration project w/ one of the other businesses. Ongoing activities will be deployed for these senior leaders to ensure they are on track with the goals uncovered in the workshop.
Role-Playing
Problem- Call center training can be a challenge and the industry tends to have a high turn-over rate so the cost of training new hires is a big expense.
Solution- Call Center Today, provides call center consulting and training. Utilizing our mobi-roleplay tool, they are able to build call center simulations that provide a realistic environment for employees to practice their call scripts on. Each employee has the ability to call into the simulator and practice their script with a real person who was pre-recorded. The calls are recorded and then immediately the full call is accessible as an audio file for the manager or coach to listen to and provide immediate feedback on how the call was handled. The simulator is then used for ongoing reinforcement and training to get the rep up and running faster on the phones.
